Jennifer (Jenni) Viviano, LCSW
Therapist
Let’s be honest—life can get messy. Sometimes you’re trying to help your child navigate big emotions, meltdowns, or ADHD. Other times, you’re the one who’s exhausted from carrying everyone else’s needs, questioning your worth, or wondering how you ended up feeling so disconnected from yourself. Wherever you are, you don’t have to have it all together before walking through my door.
I’m Jenni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I genuinely love what I do. I believe therapy should feel like one of the few places in life where you don’t have to wear a mask. You get to show up exactly as you are—whether you’re anxious, overwhelmed, angry, grieving, sarcastic, awkward, or just completely burnt out. We’ll laugh when it feels right, we’ll sit with the hard stuff when we need to, and through it all, you’ll have someone who’s truly in your corner.
For seven years, I worked as a school social worker in a 6:1:1 special education program, and those years taught me so much. Kids have always held a special place in my heart, especially the ones with big feelings, busy brains, ADHD, neurodivergence, impulse control challenges, or anxiety. I love helping children understand what’s happening inside their brains, build confidence, learn emotional regulation, and realize that they’re not “bad kids”—they’re kids learning skills that no one ever taught them. I also love partnering with parents because raising kids doesn’t come with a manual, and you deserve support too.
I also work with teens, adults, couples, and families. Many of the adults I see are healing from trauma, narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships, people-pleasing, anxiety, self-doubt, or years of believing they had to shrink themselves to make everyone else comfortable. Together, we’ll work on rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries without guilt, and helping you feel like you again.
I’m a Certified Sex and Relationship Therapist, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I provide LGBTQIA+-affirming, kink-affirming, and polyamory-affirming care because everyone deserves a therapist who respects them and the relationships that matter most to them.
If I had to describe my style, I’d say I’m equal parts compassionate and honest. I’ll celebrate every win with you, remind you of your strengths when you’ve forgotten them, and gently challenge the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be completely themselves—and that’s the kind of space I hope to create for every client who walks through my door.
You don’t have to do this alone anymore. I’d love the opportunity to meet you, hear your story, and help you discover that you’re stronger, more capable, and more worthy than you may realize right now.
