Bruce has a diverse business, non-profit leadership, and outdoor recreation background. With experience managing organizations and leading private and public initiatives, Bruce has developed a strong skill set in operations, marketing, and community engagement. As the owner of a Wilderness Adventures guide service, he combined a passion for the outdoors with entrepreneurial expertise, offering unique backcountry experiences. When Bruce is not busy helping his wife Kristin grow Children and Family Counseling Services, he serves as the Camp Director at Hidden Valley 4-H Camp, focusing on youth development, outdoor education, and creating meaningful camp experiences for the next generation.
