Mental health professionals from Children and Family Services will be joining The Hidden Valley Camp team to deliver therapeutic support in the fun and enriching camp environment. Our goal in this collaboration is to foster meaningful family connections, provide a safe and supportive space for families navigating mental health, and facilitate mental wellness practices that can be utilized long after camp ends. Mental health is a broad spectrum that can seldom be defined by specific standards. Because of this, we welcome families to our therapeutic camp who fall anywhere along this spectrum. Whether your family is navigating the complexities of a new or existing diagnosis, looking for ways to hold space for a loved one who is struggling, or simply feel that your family could benefit from enhanced connection, we want to offer you a healing and supportive space to do that.
Examples of Activities That Could be Included:
